Dr. Yarab is a board certified physical medicine specialist. He is uniquely qualified to provide care for musculoskeletal disorders and neuromuscular illness and injury. Completing his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, he is also trained in electrodiagnosis, which aids in the evaluation of diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical and lumbar nerve injuries, primary diseases of the muscle and neuromuscular disorders.

Dr. Engle is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. He completed his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular diseases with additional training and interest in the management of injuries to the spine. Dr. Engle uses both conservative and interventional techniques in treating his patients, which include, but are not limited to, lumbar epidural injections and facet joint blocks.

Dr. McGrath is a board certified physical medicine specialist. He completed his residency training serving as Chief Resident at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neuromuscular diseases with a strong focus and additional training in the management of injuries to the spine. Dr. McGrath uses conservative and interventional techniques in treating his patients, which include lumbar epidural injections and facet joint blocks.

Maria E. Piersante, PA-C

Maria has a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and she is licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Maria’s clinical experience includes a rotation with the Inpatient Stroke Service at UPMC Mercy’s Stroke Institute in Pittsburgh. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she taught the Anatomy and Physiology laboratory component as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Youngstown State University. Maria has special interests in musculoskeletal anatomy, neurological science including neuromuscular medicine, and patient-centered care.
